Glen & Co was formed in April 2005 by David Glen as a General Practice firm of Chartered Surveyors. Our firm is fully registered with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, meaning you can be assured of the very highest standards of professional ethics and integrity.

We undertake a broad spectrum of work across the commercial property market including acquisitions, disposals, development consultancy, rent reviews and rating work.

We are active in the property investment market and act for developers, landlords and occupiers in the business space and retail markets. From multi-let city centre office buildings to out of town retail parks, we have the experience and skills to deliver the professional solutions our clients demand.

While the geographic focus of our activity is centred around Glasgow, we have extensive knowledge and experience of the wider UK property market and have completed transactions for clients as far afield as Inverness in the north to Wakefield in the south.
