Glen & Co Chartered Surveyors was established by David Glen back in 2005. Since then, the firm has experienced just about every possible up and down of the property market - we have seen the mid-noughties boom turn into the financial collapse of 2008; we have been through two Referenda and then along came a global pandemic. And, just when we thought the world was due a period of peace and stability, some wee guy in the east has decided he wants a bigger front garden?

Currently, we are the busiest we have ever been.

In short, we don’t think there’s much we haven’t seen or done.

From developing multi-million pound office buildings to acquiring retail premises to exponentially increase clients’ stores in Scotland to handling Rating Appeals and preparing Valuation Reports we have the breadth of skills and experience to offer the most sage and detailed advice on all commercial property matters.

David has more than 25 years’ experience in the Scottish Commercial Property market.
